As a Coordinator Scheduling and Administration , you will be responsible for scheduling all Planned Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance activities across our property operations. You'll coordinate systems, processes, rosters, inventory, and communications to ensure all scheduled activities are completed by priority, asset criticality, and established plans. This is a fantastic opportunity where you will showcase your problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A few of your responsibilities: Schedule maintenance activities using Maximo CMMS system Coordinate purchase orders, inventory procurement, and invoice processing for scheduled works Ensure maintenance activities align with operational requirements Process work order close-outs and maintain accurate records Manage contractor communications, inductions, passes, and staff records Produce performance reports and resolve requestor issues efficiently What we will be looking for: Previous scheduling experience in maintenance environments within a hotel/hospitality environment Working knowledge of Maximo or similar EAMS/CMMS systems Experience working with trade contractors and management Deep understanding of WHS systems, regulations, and Australian Standards Availability to work a Monday to Friday roster to meet business demands About you: With your extensive scheduling experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to health & safety, you’re set to thrive in our Property Operations team.
